Checking in and out

Checking in and checking out

To get most value out of your stay at Nutcracker Ski Lodge, you may arrive in the morning of your first day and leave in the afternoon of your last day.

However, we do ask that you vacate your room by 10am to allow our new guests to settle in. If you wish to arrive early, bags can now be left in the cage that has been created at the entrance of the lodge. Please do not leave your bags and ski covers in the lounge area. You are able to use the bathrooms to get changed before you head out for a days skiing. You will be able to check into your room by 5.00pm and you can see which room you are in by checking on the whiteboard on the drying room door. When leaving please vacate your room by 10.00am as our lodge manager will be wanting to change over the linen for the new guests. Please help in this duty by stripping your bed and placing the soiled linen in the bag that will be located at the lodge entrance. You can ski for the day and leave your bags in the cage at the main entrance.

Whilst we take pride in our family friendly atmosphere we still recommend that all valuables and cash are kept on you as we cannot guarantee the security of the lodge.
